Stanage Edge
A selection of Peak District photographs from Stanage Edge by Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire based landscape photographer Rob Thorley Photography.
Stanage Edge sits high above Hope Valley, just north of the village of Hathersage in the Derbyshire Peak District. The gritstone escarpment is popular with climbers, walkers, and para-gliders with some good paths across the edge.
This Peak District location offers fabulous views of the Dark Peak, and Hope valley. Stanage Edge is also a great location to witness some stunning sunrise cloud inversions.
